Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid close to all the attractions. The rooms were cozy with a lovely balcony view of the Plaza, and although not huge, they provided enough space for comfort. The service was welcoming and accommodating, with staff going out of their way to help even with basic Spanish communication. The dining experience was delightful overall. However, I did wish there were more breakfast options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my stay in this vibrant city.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Madrid near major sightseeing areas and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The rooms are functional but could be noisy, cramped, and have a less than pleasant smell. The staff goes above and beyond, but the dining options may not impress considering the price. The hotel offers a great central location with some room for improvement in room quality and dining experience.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were comfortable. The staff was multilingual and very helpful, making my winter/spring stay enjoyable. The location was unbeatable, putting me within walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see during my 3 days in Madrid. The dining options were decent, but could use a bit of improvement. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The dining options could be better, and some facilities are limited. Overall, it's a good value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were compact but had everything needed and overlooked the Plaza with a balcony, yet there was noise from a party due to a nearby waste pipe. The service was great, with staff being courteous and helpful, though a bit gruff in the restaurant. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by tapas bars and restaurants, right in the heart of Madrid. The dining was nice, but extra charges for taking food from the breakfast selection were a downside.
